Although Renter\u2019s Choice can\u2019t eliminate pet related damage, we have a plan to get your property back in rentable condition for if it does happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Renter\u2019s Choice Pet Program is one of the many things we do to ensure that our landlords have the best possible experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading ts\"><strong>Renter\u2019s Choice pledges a monthly contribution to the Lions Foundation of Canada Guide Dogs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"\/supporting-guide-dogs\/\" class=\"btn btn-block big s\">Learn More<\/a>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frequently Asked Questions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there an enrolment fee?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, there are no fees charged to the landlord to participate in the Pet Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How are pets vetted for approval?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a specialized pet application that must be completed to be considered. Based on the results and accompanying documentation, tenant\u2019s pets are assigned a paw rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where does the pet fee go?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pet fee goes into a pool of funds, which we hold. These funds are then available should any damage from pets be caused, with repairs that exceed the security deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is covered?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Pet Program covers damages caused by animals, whether inside or outside of the home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is there a limit to the amount of coverage?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Renter\u2019s Choice will cover up to $3000 in pet-related repairs, after the security deposit is applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who will do the repair work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RC Construction will handle all Pet Program repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group card s\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This is not an insurance program.
